Should people with Aspergers, a form of autism that makes people lack empathy, own guns?

here in the US we dont punish people for what they MIGHT do, only for what they HAVE done.

statistically speaking:
blacks make up ~13% of the population but make up nearly 40% of crime
there are enough guns in the US to arm every man woman and child, yet less than 8% of those guns are used in crimes

therefore, we should lock up all black people to prevent nearly 40% of all crimes, and let the guns roam free.

Quit being a racist half-wit. Black people are capable of controlling their emotions. People with Aspergers have a mental disability which makes them go into rages and lack empathy. And yes, the thought of paying thousands of dollars in legal fees and having to go to court keeps people from drinking and driving.

i've only heard the term Johnny Cakes in relation to carribean dumplings, which are made with wheat flour.
