No not coming from lp from the clinic where my dr worked at. they said dr. Retired now they want me to do an interview again with a diff dr.

I would just say: no thanks, I'll just continue to use my current script until the courts rule otherwise.

Maybe let them know you know that they're not supposed to be charging for it as well...

So is this one of those doc offices that get from an LP to give to you... correct me if I'm wrong but you pick your weed up at the doc office?

i think it's weird that the Dr is asking to renew when you are covered....hmmmmm...cash grab??
i would ask those questions-under the MMAR injunction, i am covered until there is a decision from the judge. why am I being asked to renew when the decision has been given yet?
isn't it illegal to charge me above and beyond what you get from the Province? (this is the one I don't understand why it's against the law. if I go to have my Dr fill out an form, they charge you. our Dr charges $180 for long forms)

someone told me clinics in ontario can no longer skype patients out of province as of this week? is this true, anyone know?

does wellmedica skype people who arent in BC? i thought they werent allowed either according to the college of physicians

Well business usually tries to convince there buddies in govt to push regulations and laws into effect to operate at the lowest cost and highest profit .... so yeah people will always have to fight rules to correct the corupt legal system or regulation. Sad when you think most laws were made up ages ago... fuck those morons back then would think today is full of magic
