Emergency Flushing: Does it even help any?

First off let me start by saying I appreciate all the help people have given me in the past and any people may give me now. A lot of trial and error I have been through and everyone here has helped me past that so I am thankful.

Now onto the problem...
I have a nice Afghani Bullrider but I need to Emergency Flush. Trichomes are starting to amber, it is about fully done. The issue is I have been full strengthing nutes up until Monday, then I let it sit for 3 days then proceeded to use only Mollasses and Final Phase with good PH, overwatered a ton but run out still not clear but its soaked and overwated so I don't think rewatering is a good idea. Regardless a fan leave fell off on its own and it was hardly brown a little crispie on edges but I feel like they are all ready to start falling off in the next few days to a week max. I'd say 75-90% of them are wilting due to overwater or stress idk. It is also foxtailing if that makes a difference. I don't have pics sadly but I'm coming here for advice.

How should I go about emergency flushing and is it even worth doing?

Let it dry out. Flush it again with just water. Let it dry out and then chop it. Dont rush any part of growing. The small amount of time doing this will help get rid of some of those salts so it doesnt end up in the smoke.

If you use final phase properly (as described on the bottle) you should be able to harvest just fine after 4/5 days of doing the treatment:)

Smell is a issue to as well as the top colas being a little dryer than usual a lot of temp and humidity stress for past 2-3 weeks its been wild dont see mold but bud rot from the inside out could be possible (doubt it though) daytime temps can range from 65-84F (yea crazy I know) nighttime 60-77F humidity at night usually 55-60 daytime 35-50 max

its stable now (bought a lot of stuff) but even with carbon filter the smell is killing the tent

I'll try to tub flush it in a few days till it runs clear let it dry and see from there if the plant doesnt look totally dead give it another flush but final phase doesnt do much and its prob still in the coco since it was still yellow even after almost 25 gals I had no more ph water left

your run off will probably never get clear in coco from what I understand. Never used it. Just use perlite myself. However, final phase does eat up the available nutrients quickly and gets rid of the buildup. I always just flush with it a week before chop and never any taste issues etc...
