I have been in flowering for 3 weeks and I accidentally left the incandescent on all day today. Light cycle starts again in 3 hours, what have I done! Its going to get 3 hours of dark rest. What do I do??!?!?!?!

I'm not an expert, but I'd give it 12 hrs darkness and continue on the 12/12 cycle.
#1 why do you have an incandescent?? hopefully just for heat... anyway just leave ur timer the same and continue on... since it was only one day without dark period you should be fine... worst thing that could happen is turning hermie but IMO this would not cause enough stress to do any damage..

he probably has the incandescant in his closet on the ceiling and he just left it on

This is true.
I hope you guys are right, i am breaking that incandesent and getting a green bulb this weekend. If anyone else has an opinion or suggestions please feel free to give your opinion
