End of grow upgrade needed!

Hi I am about to finish off my girls and want to try out a 400w hps with digital ballast in a cooltube, what I need to know is what is the best of the best 400w hps/mh digital ballasts? and secondly which 400w hps and mh bulbs are the best for high light output and quality etc I don't mind paying for it as long as I get the best of the best! Ps I need the ballast to have a UK 3-pin plug - PLEASE ADD PICS INFO AND RECCOMENDATIONS

Also the cooltube does not have a very good spread of light ,

The digi ballast is £95 so for £180 including the cool hood , digi ballast and a sun master bulb you cant go wrong.

The best digi ballast is a Lumatek. Look eBay mate, type lumatek ballast and there a kit with 400w lumatek ballast, diamond reflector and bulb. Was great deal even thought the price escapes me but have a look should be easy to find. 400w are great.
