actually, med, i already knew that about you. most of the things i read or hear kind of stick. freaks people out sometimes because i remember things they barely mentioned to me months ago...

anyway, my point was that decent people make decent companies. the bad bosses tend to get their due.

i don't know how to solve the problem of discrimination. i wish i did. but i doubt the answer is in more government bureaucracy. Laws are necessary but this particular law seems to have the potential to punish some innocent business owners. That’s all I want to say.

and yes, i would think the majority of asshole bosses will have higher employee turn-over, greater expense at constant training and overall lower production, contributing to the failure of the venture. good. fuck em.

Amen, fuck-em sounds good. But it is easy for us to say fuck-em as we don't rely on a paycheck from them. It is the employees that work for asshole bosses that have a family and can't say fuck-em that need rules to keep those assholes from taking their livelyhood. That's what I'm saying.

Sooo, you would discriminate against those of your choosing. I believe sex should not be legislated, for or against, There are enough anti-sex laws on the books as it is. If this bill is saying what I think it is saying, don't discriminate against these sexual behaviours, then Kudos. There are laws against the aberrations as is.

Yeah some of those things on that bill are gross and need to be illegal. Homosexuals should not be discriminated against tho, they are born that way. It's not their fault or choice. Most of the people that hate gays are christians, i hate to say it. Didn't Jesus tell us to love thy neighbor. Or thy enemy. Basically everyone. He never said except gays. All that stuff about gay bashing is in the old testament and may or may not be accurate(Some scholars think parts of it were rewritten by the Catholic church to suit their needs). I read the new testament because you can know everything that came out of Jesus' mouth is fact......But yeah all that other stuff on that list should be illegal.

that's not the point of the bill. the bill tells you that you can't decide who to hire and who not to hire based on your beliefs. this is the government telling you what to think, believe and like. this is the government forcing you to obey their agenda. this is the government pounding you into the dirt if you don't want to have a transvestite working at your Christian book store. this is you going to prison for sticking to your guns and actually listening to what Jesus said about sins against the body. this is you losing your freedom so that a few democrats can get some more fucking campaign money from their gay rights activist groups.

They're not telling u what to think. They're telling u that u can't discriminate against a part of society. It would be no different than the laws in place against racial profiling. I'm pretty sure if you didn't want a transvestite working at your Fucking Christian Book store, you are smart enough to figure out how to avoid it, maybe not. This bill is against discrimination of a persons sexual orientation and I say Kudos. If you actually think this is some scheme by the government to tell you how to run your Christian Fucking Bookstore, then you are more retarded than I thought.
