alright, dont listen to me. enjoy your 1/4 (dried) of fluffy bud......for good plants u want 10,000 lumens at least. that is what everyone reccomends as the minimum for a decent yield.

how the hell am i suppose to increase my lumens when im in a freaking box my temp in my box is around 80 to 84 when lights on.. to add more just would make more heat

Every time I've been in the 10,000 range the result it solid nugs. I would have to agree, plants grow really fast under enough light.

yeah i have been thinking on buying the wire that they use for lamps and a big cfls and hang it in the room

yeah it comes with like a 10 foot cord i think and yes it has the light socket attached. i think it was like 4 bucks not 100% sure i saw them when i was looking for adapters that u plug into a socket in the wall than screw the bulb in

16 2800lumen flourous put out only 3,733 lumens a square foot, you should have 10,000 lumens at least..........
Lumens do not add up like this. There are all kinds of threads on this topic. Watts however do.

If you have 4 100 watt cfls, then you have 400 watts on the plants. If each cfl puts out say 2000 lumens, then you still only have 2000 lumens for the plants.

thats y i didnt pay much attention to him.. my babies grew beautiful with the lights i have and are putting on jus tfine the way i like.. yes i want better but its not bad
