I would say live hash rosin is a great way to do high quantity and the quality is as good as it gets. Amount of labor is relatively low since you don't need to trim. Pluck leaves with no trichs and leave the rest. Just buck it and straight into freezer wet. I ran 4 pounds of fresh frozen (about a pound dry) and was able to do it in just 2 runs using 5gal bubble bag set. Once its bubble hash, you can do large amounts in each rosin press. Probably 15-20g at a time.
Other option is just pressing flower rosin which is still excellent for dabs and will yeild better than hash rosin. Gonna be a lot more presses, but still not terrible. I also ran about a pound of buds as flower rosin and i got through it pretty quick. I was doing 14g bags, one every 4 minutes. Got through it in a couple hours.

Next I would suggest next using QWET. Easy to do a safe extraction with minimal equipment. A nice concentrate, though low on terpene retention. Residual solvent is not toxic if inadequately purged.

To get high terpenes dabs will require using a low boiling point solvent like Propane or Butane, which can be done with minimal equipment, but not as safely and best done after investing in a closed loop system. It also requires doing it outside in a well ventilated area or in a properly exhausted C1C1 extraction booth.

You can use higher boiling point alkanes like Pentane, Hexane, or Heptane, but their subsequent purging will also remove most of the terpenes.

Vacuum purges to remove residual solvents are typically done with both alcohols and the alkanes, requiring a vacuum chamber of oven.

It just a cheap electric griddle with a bulkhead installed through the bottom. The bulkhead is attached to a T-fitting that has a vacuum gage and ball valve attached to it. Then there's a cold trap that gets filled with ice before conecting to the vacuum pump. A Pyrex bowl with a protoputty gasket serves as the bell. I place a thick Pyrex watch glass inside to hold the material. It seems to work like a charm. My qwet comes out without any noticeable hint of residual alcohol. I use an infrared thermometer to monitor temp and now have a better thermostat that I will test out soon.
