Enlighten Me

This is my first grow (fem photos) seed straight into a solo cup with some seedling starter soil. I have a 4 x 8 tent with two Redwood VS (640watt LED) at 10-20% output once seeds sprouted. After 2 and a half weeks I transplanted solo cups into 1gal fabric pots, using roots organic original potting soil with 2 cups if Kind Hot Soil (pre-amended mix). It's been about a month since seeds sprouted, and plants adjusted well to the transplant and put some size on.

Recently I've been running into a small hiccup. I'm noticing some of the bottom leaves on a few are yellowing out. Also some slight clawing on some plants. Some look green and mighty strong.

Watering Schedule:
I water with purified water (5ppm) and 6.5ph. I started giving the seedlings 50ml water every 3 days gradually increasing to 100ml now 250ml. I recently went 4 days without watering and the RH happened to drop below 30% for 24 hours. I noticed the plants were droopy instantly.

Assuming I may have a Nitrogen issue? Too much light? Fans too rough on the plants? I have two 9" fans on the ground on low speed circulating air and causing a slight breeze between my plants & two 9" fans mounted near the top of the tent pointing at the LEDs. Shall I increase the water feed? Temps are usually kept between 70-85degrees and RH between 40-55%.

Exactly, in dire need of this forums wisdom.

Here are a pics of some of the plants I have which are thriving, well at least compared to the others.

I had some yellowing In leaves in the early stages and I transplanted the pot into a larger pot (of course it got a lot more new soil) and the yellowing stopped. I trimmed off the yellow leaves. I think they need bigger pots and the new soil will feed them.
Are you adding any mycorrhiza or microbe life? Sometimes when you use reverse osmosis water they will need calcium and magnesium also.
Good luck :peace: (: :weed:

The yellowing appears to be Nitrogen deficiency. You need to start feeding. Do you already have your nutrients?

Yup definetly N deficiency. Some plants are just heavier feeders than others. Critical is a notorious heavy feeder.

I am organic grower so I amended my roots organic potting soil with Kind Hot Soil which is a mix of a "organic meals".

Is there anyway I can use some sort of tea? Organic method? Shall I transplant to 3gal and provide much more Kind Hot Soil? I only put 2 cups of Hot Soil at the bottom of my 1gal and filled the rest with about 8 cups of regular roots organic potting soil. I dont want to overkill with the hot soil and give them too much nutes.

Here are recent pictures, these plants are 45 days from germination now sitting in 1gal pots. I feel as if the growth as slowed down. I recently started minimal LST and topping. Feeding with PH purified water at 6.5. Watering 300-400ml every 3-4 days.

Please advise, I also have a couple of plants doing very well actually, very little if at all any yellowing and seems to be growing taller than the others. I would assume just better genetics?

I have decided to transplant to 3gal and provide a good amount of pre amended soil on the bottom of the pot. I hope this helps boost everything and prepare for flower. How long do have to go before I can cut some clones from these babies? I would like to cut some clones and transplant, let them bounce back then flip to flower.
