Never take any notice of this word when growing weed, look at the actual wattage and aim for 50w + per square foot.
So what, 13W each for a total of 26W I presume.
No where near enough light, sorry to inform. I have double that in my clone tent for my clones that don't even have roots yet.

Its pretty much deceitful advertising. How they are able to get away with it I don't know.

Based on your post you must have experience growing one plant only using 2 full spectrum bulbs?
Can you post a pic of the plant.......preferably close to flower?
I used 4 cfl bulbs once. It wasnt too bad actually. I do not have pictures, I just joined, but have been growing and gardening for 30 plus years. Cannabis is just a weed, so its very easy to grow it. Im not saying itll grow right, but itll grow. Google search dual led bulb cannabis grows.
A weed, as it is defined in the dictionary, is a wild plant growing where it is unwanted and competes for resources with cultivated plants.
Cannabis isnt a weed, and acting as though you can grow good or even passable weed with this sort of lighting is misleading and may lead someone to waste ALOT of time.
