i plan on using 4 200watt full spectrum cfl bulbs plus 4 strip lights is this enough light for 4 plants grown with hydroponics

bullshit grape.sure you can grow 4 plants under those lights.make sure you use good soil,mylar or something reflective;emergency blankets are good, and good nutes.place the bulbs horizontally and place the strips on the sides.good luck hubba
