Enough space? Opinions & options pls

Hi all,

This is my second time growing. After a lack luster first grow using autoflower & bottled nutes ive decided to go organic & photo this time. 3 Barneys farm seeds were germed and then planted in cups today, keeping them on the windowsill for now.

My question is, will my setup of 3 10 liter (2.2gal) pots in a meter or so squared wardrobe be sufficient? I would really like to keep all 3 strains, and had nice results training my auto last time, but im not sure if that's optimistic here.

I've been considering upping to 12 liter (3ishgal) pots but am concerned the plants will get too big for the space, and almost certain this will be the case here if I decide to train them.

How would yous go about it?
Perhaps a difficult question at this stage, but trying to catch issues before they arise this time.

i grow clones, 1m x 1m tent 9 square feet, 9 per square foot, never tried growing any more then 1 plant per square foot. i like space around my plants. no problems with air circulation requireing defoliashion.
saying that, these autos are so small you could fit 4 in a square foot.

lol, just read wrong, i thaught it was 1 sq foot, not meter, sorry.
wow, 3 plants would fit in there nicely.

go for the 3, you can allways cull one

just remember the plants will streatch and gain an extra 1/3 of the height of the plant when finnished so just work it out that way, keep them below the height that wont burn your plants when fully flowered

And if they're really healthy 3x stretch is normal on sativa dominant plants.
thanx, forgot to mention sativa dom plants.

flat mat white paint is more reflective then that silver stuff too. if you can remove the silver stuff and paint it white, it will pay dividends

you had me panicking but ive just measured & thankfully it's around 70cm
70cm X 70cm

Is 2.29ft x 2.29ft
= 5.24 square feet

You want 30w per square foot
So 160w with that type of light.

You'll be fine for a few grows but will lack density, so I would suggest getting a few grows done, dial in the space and then upgrade or add to your existing light.
