I would suggest sticking with your current nute schedule that got you this far until the plants stop stretching. During stretch, they still need grow nutes more than low-nitrogen flowering blends. Some experienced growers argue against using "bloom nutes" at all... I tend to agree, others will burst into flames over that. But, I do strongly recommend sticking to your current program for awhile, possibly another 3-4 weeks. Yes, your plants will be flowering, but they will be putting a clear majority of their energy into additional veg growth at first, and "grow nutes" have plenty of P and K for flowering anyway. You'll see what I mean soon.
You're at 30" now and really only have 16" of headroom left..? Whoa... Your plants are on track to hit at least 60" in height before they settle down and totally focus on flowering. You might want to check into some info on LST, Fimming, or check out the "bushmaster" product (it's something that stops the stretch phase.. some ppl swear by it, and claim it shortens your finish time by a couple weeks. Haven't used it personally).
I don't know shit about hydro specifically...can't help there. What are you asking when you say "lighting suggestions"... supplemental lighting? Distance? Bulb type?
