Hey guys, I’ve recently moved and upgraded my set up. I’m in mid flower and the high humidity is KILLING ME! This is going to be my first winter at this location. Here’s my set up.
Tent: 4x4x8
Light: Gavita 1700e
Out: 4” inline fan with carbon filter
In: 4” Inline fan
Medium: 16 Rockwool Hugo blocks
Tray: 4x4 Flood Tray
Irrigation: Drain to Waste Drip Irrigation
Reservoir: 10gal bucket outside tent
Controllers: InkBird Humidity/Temp Control
Fans: 4 Clip on Wind Devil fans
VPD: 1.2-1.4
-I’m bringing in fresh air from outside to the bottom of the tent and exhausting into my living room from the top.
-My flood tray is resting off the ground on Home Depot buckets.
-My lights are about 26” from canopy level.
-My InkBird Temp controller is plugged into a heater and my inline fans to cool.
-My temp controller is (was plugged into a humidifier and dehumidifier. I took my humidifier out cause I don’t need it. And there’s no point in a dehumidifier since my air is constantly being exchanged.
My humidity at BEST during light on is around 56% (my average RH is 67-70%) but my temps drop to about 19c if I let my exhaust/intake run for that long. So I have to let the tent warm a bit back up to 23c which causes my humidity to rise to 70% so I can run my exhaust/intake again! I tried bringing air in from my apartment instead of outside but it’s even More Humid!
How on earth do I control this?!
