Environmental control

I want to automate my grow and was looking for suggestions on the following
Heat/humidity controllers (possibly to control an exhaust fan for the grow room and a separate fan for the cool tube)
CO2 controller. I want a system where I can up the CO2 enough to kill any nasties, so no generators (or maybe a generator, for regular usage, AND a tank for the killing of nasties?)
Automated watering and feeding (using soil preferably)

I will be upgrading to two 600w lights with a scrog. I want to get the best yield for electrical consumption - paranoia about suspicious usage
completely sealed grow room

any other suggestions to help increase yield without increasing electricity consumption too much would be awesome.

ideally less that £1000

your in trouble! sealing a room, gerating co2 and buying a controller, a good sealed reflector and your budget is gonna be tight. Think about scratching co2 and improve fresh air flow

the £1000 is just for controllers (and a CO2 regulator if I use CO2)
the lights, room build etc aren't included

any suggestions???
