here is a good recipe I got from a user @Renfro a while back that I use and it works well
"A 30 gallon mix that I use (with RO water)
Armor Si = 60 mL
Calimagic = 150 mL
Epsom Salt = 45 grams (I had to add this in flood and drain with hydroton and with top feed coco but not with peat based soiless mixes)
Micro = 200 mL (I have done 220, 200 and 150 all with happy plants)
Grow = 200 mL
Bloom = 250 mL"
