Will epsom salt lock out other plant nutrients inside of reservoirs?

I was mixing up a foliar feed of Epsom salt & the ph was a little off so I added ph up and crystal formed in the solution

Excessive Mg will reduce the availability of K and create a need for more P.

your pH up is probably potassium silicate. the silicate part is what will precipitate into a solid.

don't worry about pH'ing your foliar spray and you should be fine next time.
