Depends on the plants and their health but I think you can get 20oz from 5 plants

I commend you for asking, hang in there. I’m guessing maybe some might think that’s a lot of plants, in huge containers considering your space available, but that’s just my opinion. Keep doing what you’re doing and good luck bud.
