Gotta know someone, or a place that sells it.

Denatured etoh is easily attainable. Nondenatured is a bit more difficult, then add the hefty alcohol tax.

I buy in bulk, 55g food grade ethanol at a time.

I get 99.9% dehydrated (absolute alcohol) from the pharmacy, they order it in for me.
It is the kind of ethanol you can inject intravenously.
