Even number of spears on my leaf?

So i got a few leaves on a few different plants with an even number of spears instead of odd. Some of the spears are barely even there, but i photographed the best example of what i'm talking about.

Does anyone know what this means? I've heard this means it's a hermaphrodite, is this true? I moved these plants outside from a 24 hr light on environment. I used a 500 watt halogen light to help them get used to the shorter light cycle by keeping it on until 2 am, then 1, 12 etc.

Thank you, it's good to get some feedback finally. I've been researching it the best i can on the great interwebs, but nothing has come up, other than mentioning even-speared leaves to be "mutated". Anyone else got any bright ideas?

Yea, mutated, exactly. Not a big deal, it's fairly common. The more uncommon varieties will consistently produce even numbered sets.

FYI, most plants(like MJ) don't really care about gradual light change. MJ doesn't even need darkness until flower(and autoflowers don't even need darkness then).
