as attitude was out of stock on the grapegod by next generation i ordered from everyonedoesit.com i placed my order on 10th of january then 2 working days later they tell me there out of stock, they then recieved stock a weeklater and aparantly sent them, 14 working days later i still have not recieved them. ( iwas also given no parcel number so i could not ring any delivery service to check on the parcel) i emailed everyonedoesit.com and was told they will send some more, 2 working days later im told there out of stock again. so now its 15th of febuary and im still 50 pounds down with no seeds, i have asked for a refund so i will let you no what happens. obviously if the delivery service has lost the parcel its not the sites fault but still as its not nice to be waiting over a month for seeds your eager to get i thought i would share my expierence.

EDIT : the day after i recieved this email of out of stock again i asked for a refund, a day later it has been confirmed and the refund is on it ways back :)

so i have had 3 orders with Every one does it, 2 came fast no problems and the other one (above) has been refunded so i would recommend this site still

have heard alot about people getting ripped off from the site you mentioned. they never receive package and get the run around like you are getting and then never receive refund or seeds in the end. I have never ordered from them nor do i intend to, i have just read similar threads like yours tht say the same thing you have about them. Shitty company if ya ask me..... hope it works out for ya

If you live in the states problems always arise with this company. My experience was awful. Everything was out of stock and after waiting 2 months with no results. I asked for a refund and they gave it a day later. I will tell anyone having problems with EDIT to ask for a refund to avoid stress and living hell.

Out of 3 seed orders from EDIT 2 I got in the states less than 1 week. The 3rd was an out of stock backorder and I chose to wait and I got it about 1 week after they said it would ship. But I always get my beans from them and never had to pay for shipping. :-)

EDIT aint worth shit when it comes to seeds.they have decent prices on glass and papers and shit,but....their shipping,seed quality,stealth, and customer service BLOWS.they need to shut that shit down and fix some major problems over there.

ive waited nearly 4 months for glass, when they still forgot to send me one piece... had to ask for a refund.. twice.

Just keep sending emails when they don't get responded to within a day or two. Just keep spamming

I'll never use EDIT again, for anything... absolutely horrible customer service.

They are always out of stock of everything all the time... which leaves me to believe they don't even have stock

I dont know why you guys are having such bad experiences, I am stateside and I have always gotten my seeds and my stuff from EDiT.

They also answer my emails, and they ship my shit! ;-) so I am happy,

Have you tried telephoning them?

Wow, bit surprised at some of this, but I think some of it is not justified from my experience.
Admittedly when I ordered beans 2 out of 4 I order were put on backorder, I got the first set 3 days from order and I called customer service to find out whether I needed to cancel the rest or decide whether I would wait.
These guys were actually really good, pleasant and helpful, after the apprehension of purchasing seeds, these assured me they would ship my beans when they were back in.
1 week later the rest of my beans come through the door, and I even got some freebies for the trouble.
Stock moves I understand that but I do commend these guys for sorting it out. bongsmilie

I read with real disappointment the strength of feeling on here about everyonedoesit, and the stocking issues that seem to have plagued us. I have to stress that we are aware of the stocking issues and that we are literally working tirelessly to bring them under control. The investment in stock, stock control, and despatch in the last month alone is HUGE. We should start seeing the benefit of that investment before the end of March, but a lot of people will be aware of the difference as more orders are despatched same day. We have a dedicated team of employees here that really do work very hard to try and ensure your orders are despatched same day!

It is a massive undertaking to keep in stock over 7,000 products and get them sent out same day, our suppliers have trouble keeping up with us to be honest. A lot of the problems we get are of suppliers not actually delivering what we order when we order it. It then falls on us to have to explain to rightly disgruntled customers that their order is on back order. Which to be fair to you our customers it shouldn't be.

SO what can we do to sort this out?

Well for a start if you have genuinely had a grievance and you have had a bad experience, PM me and I will make it right. No Excuses. No Bullshit. Just Right.

If you are waiting for an order lets get it out to you and lets get things back on track. I want to hear your problems, only by dealing with them can we improve. So lets enter into a dialogue, and together get everyonedoesit where it should be, delivering parcels on time, every time, when you order, to your door. It seems so simple! we have worded our suppliers up and have the processes in place to make sure this is what happens.

So here are my sincere apologies for any delays in your orders, my absolute commitment to getting things right for you, and my guarantee that we are improving and these stocking issues will be a thing of the past very soon.

I hope you will PM me any order problems you have had and any experiences you are not happy with.

Hello James it is nice to see you on here. Hopefully you will stick around and read a bit as MANY of us outside the UK, myself included, have been "yanked" around by your company. I for one was lead on for 4-5 weeks with no response what so ever and then sent the wrong seeds. My emails were never answered and for that I have made around 6-7 other purchases from various other seed sites instead of the one I wanted to use...... everyonedoesit.com

I do understand that you all may be working on stuff over there but my past experiences with your company are NOT pleasant memories unfortunately. I love your seed offers and would use you as my main source but the negative post just keep coming on coming in.

Thanks for listening and it has been about 7 months or so since my ordeal with EDIT but it is nice to at least vent to you as my emails were never answered or replied too and I just want someone in power at EDIT to know I am not mad just feel once bitten twice shy.

Nice to have yah with us James. EDIT rocks and has the best deals around.

Also you need a few more posts to send end receive PMs. I suggest posting in the EDIT bashing threads and setting people straight. heh

i have been reading up on EDIT, pleased to see an EDIT presence here
liked what i've seen on prices/selection, results seem to have been mixed for some
so subbing to the thread, kind of a wait and see how the responses go

FUCK ME!! So I did use them again and it is the SAME OLE SHIT!!!!!! Out of stock on what I order. Bullshit bullshit bullshit!!

They have not changed a thing over their.
 
Seriously we have invested £10,000's of pounds in stock, I dont know what you ordered but I have pm'd you and I will chase this up, I am like sherlock holmes on the case and chasing down the problem whatever it is I will find out how this has happened to your order.
