I completely believed we had the best customer service in the business, I now know, absolutely, we have the best customer service in the business. And everything is fully monitored to ensure servcice levels are maintained. We track every ticket raised, response times, the full caboodle.

No one touches our dedication to customers......and ensuring customers are happy.

i will say, EDIT is terrible in the area of customer service.

always get my beans but they're slow & rarely answer email.

... So I got a reply back telling me that they wont hold to the gurantee but because I even tried germinating them I got banned from buying any fucking products from them. So I say that company sucks a box of dicks and don't buy seeds from them at all. Sure may be an alright place for bowls and shit but seeds dont do it, save yourself the headache and go thru a company with real customer services not by a couple dickheads running shit in thier basement.
They held to the guaranteed shipping on my last order dude, plus you know you can't talk about anything to the UK seedbanks.

I didn't know about the UK rules either way I was unaware and I still got screwed out of 100$ but that's fine if I had known that I wouldn't have gone thru everyonedoesit.com for seeds. I personally hate the fact I went thru the seedbank without prior research. I'm sorry everyonedoesit.com but your customer service was bogus. Yea your shit wasn't rude by anymeans but customer service, just wasn't there at all. Wasn't even provided a solution for me fucking up and stating I tried germinating the seeds. So either way I feel as if I was a quick buck to the company and left out in the rain like some dirty whore. You dont have customer service if you don't provide help for your customers. Granted I do understand it to an extent but there has to be some type of solution rather than sorry but you fucked up and slam the door on your face. I know I was in the wrong for stating what I said but I was relying it off of the main seed company rules and figured it would be the same. Either way, I obviously can't do business with everyonedoesit.com but I personally would tell you to stay away from them and go through another company that responds quickly and gives support. I know others may have had a good experience but I didn't so everyone has an opinion. But I guess you would benefit from reading this and I hope you do, if you have seeds that dont germinate say the seeds are crushed.

Everyonedoesit.com it's not that I dont understand that I did something wrong because I do. But to ban is fucked up you couldn't have been like sorry we can't refund because you attempted to germinate you know as a first warning letting know your countries laws not everyone is from your country. I failed to read every detail about your purpose for seeds as I'm sure a lot of people just skip over shit, so I dont know I'm not saying I didn't do anything wrong. As far as the emails my first 6 were very polite til I get round number 7 before I get a response a month later. So I disagree I really do think you have poor customer service maybe not necessarily dickheads in a basement but in my opinion that's how I feel you guys run it.

EDIT has a well deserved rep as one whose pledge of 48-72 hr turnaround is an epic joke, so bad is their inventory control and cs. I'm not exactly a big fan of their genetic partners either. Sorry!
 
Again I would hold you to test about this, yes we had a few problems with a few seedbanks tail end of last year. I know for a FACT that 99% of ALL seed orders leave SAMEDAY.

As for Customer Support again I know for a FACT any ticket raised on our new customer support portal will be answered within 24 hours guaranteed.

So while I take on board we may have had issues, we have now addressed every concern that has been raised. It is now unfair, in my opinion, to keep trotting out the same lines, when the truth is it doesnt reflect the position now at all.

@M0rt4lity the problem we have is that the minute you talk about germination we are in a real position. The only way to protect ourselves is not to enter into a conversation about germination at all. We have to ban any customer who talks about germination because if we then sell you seeds knowing you are germinating them we are again in a real position. Its a strong line we have to take. It certainly is not meant to reflect any disrespect on you as a person or as a criticism of your actions, it is purely to protect ourselves. I hope you can undertsand that.

It's not that I dont understand I do, but it not like it matters whether I understand it thou or not. I'm banned, but hopefully this helpped you by having some other people never dealing with a seed bank before read this. I do understand I fucked up, every problem has a solution and I think my little slip up shouldn't have been an end all kill all type deal thing. But hey that's to protect your guys I understand that so it's I who have to move on and look for another seed bank that wants my business, and whoever else I send thier way.

EDIT have served me very well in the past and have promptly sent me numerous orders over the years which have been lovely souvenirs !! Took a little while once to tell me the seeds were out of stock after I had ordered, but resolved it and actually sent me some others I chose which were more expensive at no extra cost!! Staff at end of phone always very helpful, only criticism (tongue in cheek) when I tick box stating I dont want another wrist band they send me another wrist band!!!!!! I could sell em on ebay now I have so many. Also, if they are souvenirs then possibly best not to put packet of skins in with them....just a thought:0 Nice 1 James.....

I have not bought from EDIT before, but I will say that getting gear in the US right now from them may be a 50/50 shot just because they are also selling kratom and other highs that are on all states watch lists right now, along with the companies that sell them. Bath Salts brought all this to the forefront. I am likely off base and shipments stateside are uninterrupted, but...was just a thought.
Seems like a while back I saw an article where they were interviewed concerning the sale of salts.

the reason your greenhouse seeds didn't germinate is because it's greenhouse. read some reviews about seed companies before buying them
