I must admit, when I ordered from EDIT even after reading this thread, I did not expect such great service. But I had troubles as well.

For one of my orders it was out of stock (Purchase Date 12/1/10) - On Stock December 4th.

They lost contact with me until the 9th, where they marked it shipped.

I received it on the 14th, none of the seeds were cracked or anything.

Not bad seeing Attitude would have costed over $25 more to order the same seeds from same company!

How is that troubles? :D Or are the troubles literally that a company doesn't have any stock? because if we're gonna go there then attitude anyone? :D

I ordered on December 5th and got my order today. I got a pack of Chocolope for $28 US shipped, they were on sale plus 30% off and free shipping. Came in the breeders pack/vial. Can't beat that deal. I also ordered some glass a day later and it came Friday. So EDIT is great in my book.

I placed order and the charge went to my CC on the 23...they say all orders shipped out if received before 4.something PM their time, my order was in the early AM. Did not respond to email....(staff was at work on Christmas eve at Attitude). I say pay the extra...at least EDIT did notify me when thay were out of an item but then again they could save customers and themselves time by using words like limited quanity or out of stock. As of right now EDITS web site is out..I also tried a proxy server...thank god for credit cards. I hope it is just a holiday thing but if I do not hear from them I will contact CC in the next 24-48 hours.

You probably won't hear from them, I've tried to reach them for 3 weeks about my order and everything I ordered was in stock, still they refuse to ship and answer.

There is a clearinghouse for domains no longer in use..one was everyonedoesit.com, any credit card orders ought to be persued NOW, if you sent them cash you can go to Facebook where they still had a site yesterday and get a good look at their names and faces.

wtf are you on about, EDIT is just fine, was off for a couple of days, but it's back. Just sounds like you're a shill.

They are also ignoring the VAT increase and taking the hit on profits instead, pretty good of em.

i was gunna say i live in england ande get very good customer service, dont be quick to hate lol they even sent me a free volcano vaporizer when i ordered a shisha but somehow i think that was an accident as it had someone elses order form init lol, good for me anyway
good for you and bad for the customer who payed for that...thanks for that info bro id stick my money with attitude then

Yeah they did it to me and I am still waiting. The only reason I used them is because of the great deal I got. If they offered another deal though I would order from them again in a heart beat. heh I payed $28 shipped for a pack of chocolope which I got already and $14 shipped for aurora indica which I am waiting for plus I got a couple pieces of glass which I got first and in about a week. Can't beat them deals and I have no room to germ yet so it is worth the wait.

Bottom line....... they don't update there website enough so EXPECT them to be out of stock on most things, because they often are! They don't respond to emails well either, especially if you send them a couple of them. But, I have always gotten my goods from them, even though it's often slower than most others. I'd order from them again no problem but it's ALWAYS Attitude first IMO- the extra money paid is well worth it, especially on larger orders.

Well it seems I have had a MUCH BETTER experience than you sshz, I always get prompt response to my email requests, the freebie offers at everyonedoesit are for longer and BETTER VALUE too combine that with the best prices and they offer much better value for money than the attitude or anyone else.

I have had my last 3 orders on time, quick and easy, I have emailed and got a response quickly and always answering my questions. My last attitude order didn't go so well and their customer service is not great.

EDIT every time for me,

their stock is limited,plus the information displayed on their site about each strain is very limited.they also dont do the great deals attitude do.a few weeks ago i bought 2 fem seeds and got 4 fem seeds for free.everyonedoesit cant match freebies like that.i have bought seeds and other items from everyonedoesit in the past and was frustrated with the lack of info on each strain.i did get my goods quickly tho.

I really wish I had read this 5 months ago when I placed my order with everyonedoesit.com aka EDIT. Over 5 months ago I ordeed over 100.00 worth of beans payed an extra 15 dollars for faster shipping. Recieved a dispatch email with a tracking number tjat never worked. After prob 20 emails and insulting responses they pretty much blamed me for th never sending my order. Made numerous attempts to get them to refund they wanted my bank info rather than put it back on my credit card. Steal 100.00 then ask for my bank info, Im a stoner not stupid. Supposedly re-shipped a month ago but Im not holding my breathe

I always do a small test run of a site before I place my full order...its amazing what u can find out about customer service by doing it that way....sorry u had a shitty experience with them...unfortunately ur not alone...

I believe EDIT does not guarantee delivery like Attitude does....... but I've always gotten my orders from both places. Lately, I switched to Sannie's Shop for my beans and am more than happy there too.
