Light deprivation is taking away sun light to force flower most of the time it's none early in the year either to add a harvest or to finish a harvest earlier because of weather or other factors. My first pull or light dep starts in late march early april and I finish around june 1. for example I can do three harvest doing light dep early is june 1 finish, second is around september 1 to 10 third is around december 1. Each of my seasons have different quality the cooler nights brings color and taste for the first and last and the production comes in the second but so do the problems. Hope that helps.
