that would be great, but it will be a hard fight to get the votes to get that out of the house, republicans have suckled big businesses teats for so long they all have buck teeth.
 
When suckers vote while the dog whistle blows. The base doesn't care, because they are taking over, taking your gun, or taking your gas stove, taking your vote is ok though. This is the danger these proto fascists and con artists pose to America and the huge expense they impose on everybody. It's not just a social cost, it costs money and lives too, not to mention the trust and faith of the population and your allies too.

Rupert Murdoch saves a lot of money in taxes by being the voice of the super rich, distracting and brain washing the poor and stupid with bullshit, he even makes money at it.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. economy expanded at a 2.9% annual pace from October through December, ending 2022 with momentum despite the pressure of high interest rates and widespread fears of a looming recession.

Thursday’s estimate from the Commerce Department showed that the nation’s gross domestic product — the broadest gauge of economic output — decelerated last quarter from the 3.2% annual growth rate it had posted from July through September. Most economists think the economy will slow further in the current quarter and slide into at least a mild recession by midyear.

Ever since this country got rid of Trump and his woefully bad handling of everything -- from tax cut for the wealthy, social inequity, the Covid epidemic the fallout from all of that, Biden managed to move this country out of the morass that Republicans created. First he was faced with rolling out the vaccines so that people could get back to work, then catching people who were falling into economic deprivation, then inflation, which has dropped from a high of around 9% and is now down to 6.5%. Despite the predictions of nay-sayers, through it all, we've seen jobs growth and an expanding economy.

Things aren't perfect but then again, considering the mess left behind by the past administration, Biden and his team have done a masterful job.

Watched the whole thing. Surprised at the blunt treatment they gave Trump and glad for it. Wish the MAGA half of the country could see it but it would probably take something like this to make it so:

Ahh, the much maligned Modified Ludovico procedure...But it only works if you have Serum 114.
You can lead an asshole to the truth...That's it, i got nothing else, because you can't do anything else...Just lead em to it, THEY have to recognize what you're showing them.
I think it's worse than drug addiction. Once they embrace the Qanon crap, they're usually lost, not worth the effort of reclamation.
I've tried a few times, but never with any great amount of success.
