Trump. Mark Epstein told 'Insider' the following:

- Jeffrey Epstein told Steve Bannon in an unaired interview that he "stopped hanging out with Trump when he realized Trump was a crook."
- "Steve Bannon was working with Jeffrey to try to help Jeffrey rehabilitate his reputation."
- Bannon recorded more than 16 hours of footage for a documentary that he was working on about Epstein.

So let me get this straight. Trump was too bad of a person for Epstein to hang out with. That should tell you everything you need to know. Meanwhile Trump's buddy, Bannon, was trying to make Epstein look better.

How will Trump Supporters spin this one?

According to her, fox is fucked over the Dominion case and there is another voting machine company suing them too. I believe this is the thin edge of the wedge and others will be suing them for lies too and then there is the possibility of them being removed from the air and cable. The Murdoch's might have to go and there needs to be a house cleaning from the board to the executives and hosts. They need to turn over a new leaf to survive and the first step is retracting their lies and apologizing to their viewers, victims and the country after firing the assholes who run the place now. It's the only way to protect shareholder value, because if the republicans lose in 24, fox is finished. If they continue as they are or in the republican corner, then after 24 this situation will not persist, then the democrats will need to act for the good of the country. However, lawsuits could finish off fox or force changes before the democrats get around to them in particular.

Shit happens when you elect a corrupt miscreant and moron all rolled into one as POTUS. He had the absolute obedience of the republican party, as long as he provided trillions in tax cuts to their billionaire masters and appointed unfit radically conservative justices. The republicans cheated their way to two justices by denying Obama's pick and appoint conehead weeks before the election.

Trump Era Roll Back of Bank Regulations Resurfaces Amid SVB Collapse

The Times noted in its report that the bill was championed by SVB CEO Greg Becker. Becker had pressed lawmakers in Congress to lessen regulation that placed higher scrutiny on certain banks, claiming that SVB had a "low risk profile of our activities and business model." By 2018, his bank had spent roughly $500,000 to lobby for the changes that Trump ultimately signed into law, according to The Lever, an investigative news outlet.

Civil war inside the GOP and Pence picked a side, the longer Donald is running around lose freaking out, the better for the country, no matter how distasteful it is, politics is dirty business sometimes. Donald is the T2000 terminator of the GOP and foxnews, he led them both to disaster and destruction The year is still young, and Jack and the states have yet to act on Trump and his cronies, next year is an election year and things should be ripening in court for many of them by then. When Jack acts on Donald, it will end the internal republican civil war, or inflame it, depending on how long it takes to lock Donald up over the course of 2023 and 2024. Jack might be saving up for a massive blow over J6 and indict the lot of them, all at once in a conspiracy case, congress people included. Though I think the federal documents case will come first, it is an easy case and will take care of Donald for good all on its own.

And what will it hold pence responsible for?

He was in on and witness to a lot of illegal shit, you can't get that close to Trump and carry his water without getting some shit on yourself. His reluctance to testify might have to do with him having to plead the 5th before a grand jury and that will get out. He might have been party to other plots and schemes but got cold feet over J6 when required to commit public treason by Trump.

Misplaced modifier; the bank didn’t crash in 2018
No, but the conditions were set for it to happen then, they had bad management and bad luck while taking too many risks for a bank. Deregulation can be a good thing, when it catches up to technological change in an industry, but greed and bankers haven't changed much since 2008. Perhaps Joe should have tightened things up a bit, but banks fail all the time in America and 15 failed under Trump, with "freedom" comes risk. In Canada our half dozen big banks are well regulated and generally stay out of shit while still making lots of money.

the point is none of those; it is the captioner’s marginal literacy.

Here is what that moron MTG triggered, every GOP congress member will be asked if they support those jailed over J6, and Trump will look at it as a loyalty test. It will be another wedge driven into the GOP and when they run for primaries and office again the question will be put to them again. Mitch must be shitting a brick over it and Kevin appears to be too stunned and impotent to care. Aid and comfort to insurrectionist might be a bridge too far for some though. They must be taking a pounding with independents over this shit show, those who lean right but want sane government even more!
