Exercise and Cannabis????

Love it with weight training and cardio. I have found I can usually push myself a little farther but I tend to not go as heavy either.
 
Never had a problem snowboard mtb run insanity workout ...love my weed and lifting but honestly rather get high and chill after a workout

I only smoke at night but I can tell when I do and don’t smoke.i run 3 to 6 miles a day and hit the weights for 45 mins to an hour. I’m far more worn and sore if I didn’t smoke before. But I only use a strong prework out that has dmaa in it for working out.
