Exhaust Fan Size for Micro Grow

I have a 17”w X 18”d X 27” high two drawer file cabinet I’m converting.

The root chamber (DWC) will knock six to eight inches off of the height.

So the total grow volume (including lights, fans, filters, etc) is just over 3 cubic feet.

Lighting will be approximately 200 watts worth of CFLs.

I am considering using a single 140mm Noctua NF-P14 FLX Quiet PC Fan that is rated to move between 65 and 42 cubic feet per minute.

Will this be sufficient to keep the CFLs cool and the air, replenished?

drill or cut holes/ slots under the cab and lift it up off the ground a few inches by sitting it on some blocks or something. vet out the top/back put the light in there and do a test run to see the temp before you put in the babys.
