if you knew ANYTHING then you would disregard that fan post...those suck! they'll work for a pc case, but that's about it...check out my grow..fans are .14 each / about 110 cfm EACH / & low Decibal rating (you'll learn to love the quiet)

You have a link for them? I can't seem to find the deal you're talking about from just googling

Just looked at your setup again...the link above will just not work. You can't successfully move air through that big of a box with 2 dinky ass pc fans.. They turn into ornaments rather than tools. Also, if you plan on making a DIY carbon scrubber (or using any carbon scrubber) that pc fan cannot pull through it. For one, with pc fans, you must pull through the carbon rather than blow through. They aren't designed to blow through force. Another thing, my fans will suck through a carbon filter, but an 80mm is like wearing a pink skirt & saying you where the pants in the family. You may think it works, but in the end, you're just another dysfunctional loser. lol

I just bought them in the local hardware store here, but I found them easily, all over the web when I was looking as well. there's no way you can't find them if you're looking for the right things :) I paid about 10 bucks a piece. They are plugin which saves your ass from wiring it. they're .14 amp 110-130cfm rated which I would rather assume 110 & be surprised if more than assume 130 and be disappointed when less. I think "monster fans" are the closest I've seen to them. They're .14 / 90-120 *or 110, don't remember* & a relatively nice decibel rating. i think deep cool makes the monster fans.

Good Luck!

well your specs look great but I cant find anything online that is AC and is quieter than the ones from radio shack. The DC one i found at radioshack is 78cfm and only 21db @ $10. all the ones near 100cfm are twice as loud. I am confident that I can wire a fan pretty easily. Anyway, at this point im just not seeing anything that fits your specs thats any quieter/cheaper than the other ones listed. and ive looked for a couple hours.

This looks similar to what youre talking about http://www.coolerguys.com/840556069003.html but its looking like $30 with shipping.

this one looks similar too. but at twice the cost for only 1/3 more cfm and twice as loud its not really worth it. http://www.newpowersupply.com/product-pr-587.html

lol, they may be higher online...I'm not in the states (Asia) .. try looking at companies outside the US that are owned by people in the US. I know it's difficult to find, but when you do, it's a total money saver. The only problem you'll have is 220/110..You'll either need a converter, or you can unplug the cord from the posts & run it to a 12v acdc adapter...If you want to stick with ones in the states, trying to better insulate would be about the only advice

you really get what you pay for in time &/or money
A PC fan is a AC PC fan is any DC PC fan.
Its loud because it moves air for its size, the more air the more noise.
The speed it spins is the same as the noise.
as long as its any normal old PC style cheap black thing, lol

you can control how fast they spin by putting in a lower voltage from any old transfomer or wireing in series. (red to black use left over two, if it dont spin turn it round.)
so ya can use any old fan, I use em at 5-18v dc fine :-)

more air use two side by side or increase speed,
more pressure use two stacked bit more air aswell,

those duct fans r a waste of fucking money
and the fan you got on the bottom!!LOL...LOL..them kind of fans are not designed to work like you got it !!LOL...
And for the exhaust....put a hole in the top side of yer cab...put the fan in the hole...get rid of all that ducting...waste of time!!
and on the opposite side on bottom(not floor)just put a 6'' hole.....

size doesn't matter between 80 & 120 because there are shittier 120 fan's than 80's and vice versa...look at essex & my post ... he's got a nice grow going & I've got a crazy one going...both are successful & both of us don't like repeating the same thing lol

Good luck man!
