I know this is a lame question but my temps are in the low 90s so installed this fan Inductor 8 In. In-Line Duct Booster Fan - DB208 at The Home Depot

i put it in so that the direction of the airflow moves towards the exit. well the room is still hot with the fan no difference and i disconnected the end of the tube and felt the air thats supposed to be hot was, it was cool do i need to flip is around so that its blowing into the grow room? i am pretty sure i have it right and its a 500 cfm fan so i figured id get more results.

Are you blowing through a lot of duct work? Those fans are not good with a lot of resistance. Make sure you have cool air coming into your room too.

i have a just a whole that lets hot air out of this room. in a perfect word i would hook up to fans on exhuating to that and one blowing from where it is now. what would be more benifical in my case though, turn the fan around so that it is blowing cooler air into the room or keep it how it is trying to suck the hot air out? somethings gotta give i cant buy an air cooled reflector at this point and the temps are outta control.

Pulling air out works best. You can make your own cool tube with a pyrex bake around, you can buy them on e-bay
