EXPOSED!!! NO COLOREDS, LATINOS, HOMELESS AND OTHER LOW INCOME UNDESIRABLES..

Your home and your business is not private property domicile is different from business regardless of whether the business is within your domicile i.e. dentist attorney Doctor Who has a home-office. It must remain open to the public it is you who choose to have your business and your domicile as one.

We have something called the 14th amendment perhaps you'd like to review it?
It must remain open to the public?

So an establishment can't close whenever they want?

Pro-tip: Pretty sure they can...

Well that might not be the best idea. While I disagree with the property owners sentiments, I don't think using force against them is the best way to get them to change their minds.

Also , if they truly own the property aren't they the ones that should decide who they invite onto it and who isn't invited? If somebody you didn't like came into your house uninvited and sat down at your kitchen table and made themselves a snack would you have the right to ask them to leave and to please put that ham sandwich down too?
Using force is a great way to change people's minds.

The nature of what property is, escapes you. You have recited a legal re-definition of what you think property is, based on a rationalization of statutory law.

we get it, you want people to hang signs saying certain races are not welcome. you even advocated for it.

Private property is private property, do people have the right to just walk behind a till in a store?

Nope, it's private property.

depends on zoning..you can have funeral home smack in the middle of residential. They have to have posted hours of operation open to the public.

:clap::clap::clap:
We'll see the animals at the zoo....

I went to another store which promised me any merchandise except..and was refused merchandise not listed under exception.. Even having the customer service read its own terms on the back of merchandise credit card..me 3x: let's swipe and see if it goes through. them: no.

My attorney is gonna be so happy when he checks his email in the morning.

And yet can still close at any time.

A store is not and cannot be obligated to be open at all times stated.

What if there was an accident with a staff member? Staff member called in sick and not enough staff?

The owner can lock his door at any time he wants.

I like you Sky so I have to say this...you'd have to be crazy high to think that a delayed returns policy is equivalent to profiling.

Where's the smoking gun? What was the sign you described?

Alas, American rules; American girl..

Curious though..if you've returned merchandise and it's been accepted, credit issued with the value of said merchandise..why the 20 minute delay? Once merchandise is out of your hands and accepted, they have no recourse for defects if that's what you're thinking..their opportunity is over.

I'll ask again..why the 20 minutes?

To stop people walking in with stuff they've bought elsewhere and getting a refund with no inconvenience whatsoever.

Pretty simple stuff for those of us that are mentally stable...
