Exposing indoor plants to the sun

I have some 2 week old seedlings in an indoor grow under a CFL. Still waiting for the vegging stage when they'll go into the tent with an MH. But I get great sunlight during the day Should I set them outside during the day for some nice sun exposure?

doesnt hurt but dont bring outdoor pest in your grow room

stated, make sure it gets no pests on before you introduce it back into your room.
