So say I had a 12000 watt room, of which I don't... would 2 12 inch box fans be enough extraction to deal with 20 600 watt hps bulbs along with 2 10 inch intakes and 4 oscillating fans ,,just wondering ?

Wow that is a lot of power, I am thinking that the spinning electric meter would act as an extra fan. But seriously the heat buildup will be incredible, I personally would duct all the lights and still add AC along with at least one fan per two lights. However it depends on the size of the room, if it is a high ceiling warehouse then there should not be much of a heat issue but if it is a basement that is closed off you are going to see the heat skyrocket right away. I personally am running 3000 watts of lighting power have two box fans and 2 oscillating fans and without the AC my room gets up into the mid 90's with the door open.
