I remove a little so shoots get decent light before introducing into flower tent. Then at like week 3 after the stretch has all but stopped I will pluck some more to make sure lights penetrates the plant without taking more than 15 leaves most the time I would say. Then when I have like 3 weeks left I might remove a huge fan leaf or 3 that's blocking light and tuck some shit but that's all I tend to do for defoilation

While I’m a big fan of defoliation, this is an obvious case of it being taken way too far on many levels. The main reason to defoliate is to open the plant up so more light can reach the bottom half of the plant. You’ve more than accomplished that. Lol

I don’t defoliate, just prune the bottom 1/3.
However my outdoor crop was completely smashed to fuck by a freak hail storm in late veg and produced a bumper crop!?!
