EZ Cloner help!

I used rainwater in my ez cloner just experimenting and have now learned it was a bad idea. I am going to change the water what can I use to sterilize it to kill anything bad in the pump I can’t really take the clones out and run bleach through it. Unless y’all know a way I can keep 16 fresh cut clones healthy for a few hours?

Pool shock a few grains will make sure the run goes smoothly
You can leave the plants in the cloner

Hopefully you dont get the bleach resistant slime i.e. cyanobacteria

But yes you need to get you some pool shock(calcium hydrochloric) follow @Tomatoesonly posted.

I used 1 drop of clorox bleach per 1.5 gallons of water daily.

Lately I just change out the cloner water every week seems to help.
Tap water for tap water.
Also use a cycle timer to have it on for say ten minutes and off for about the same. Keeps temps down and sludge from starting.
I hear poolshock works as well.
