Ez cloner pump died twice on me once was the pump then timer clones all drooped pretty bad but came back with roots mostly back to white.. am I ok to run these clones and won’t have issues in flower won’t put them into flower till about 6 weeks of veg, should I take new clones from my flower room that’s week 2 in flower or will these be good? I don’t want the genetics to change on me or any herm from the stress
 
Relax! You sound paranoid! It's only plants! Let them recover for a couple of days with light chlorine solution in a dwc cloner, maybe 1ppm if you want to be sure. Chlorine dilution calculator

Another things is it should be pretty easy to convert that top and have the bottom be regular DWC. That's what I've always done, ran Aero for a couple of years but still cloned in a small DWC cloner. Just an airpump and it can stand without aeration for hours.
 
I use a Ez cloner to clone my clones. They were rooted but wasn’t big enough roots to my liking to transplant into coco. I’m gonna leave them in there for another week or so then transplant ty
