If the Judge ruled the tape to be not released, This clown gets no charges or even disciplinary actions.. They are only charging this fuck because they know the exposure this is going to bring Nationally.. Slick move to release it a day before a holiday and its 28 degrees.

It should be an automatic guilty verdict if a suspect gets shot in the back

I might forgive one in the arm, but 9 to the back is unexplainable outside a murder conviction

On the larger issue. I've been doing a lot of research on successful movements, and what they all have in common is nonviolence. People are pissed off in every corner of America. No doubt about that. But most recent movements from Occupy Wall St. to Black Lives Matter all seem to promote a certain acceptable level of permitted violence to gain recognition. This is the fatal flaw in all of these movements. People have to stay strong, stay informed, stay active and most importantly, remain resolved. Accept that there will be violence, accept that there will be pushback and failures. Don't fucking take it, one motherfucking step! You get what you know is right by pushing back and fucking fighting for it. For remaining steadfast in your convictions.

In Illinois everybody going to prison gets processed thru statesville before going to there new homes..... Takes a couple months ..and its a very bad place..... If he survives that he's gonna be off w the child molesters in protective custody at Menard .... Sheridan maybe.... It's a big if tho
But I doubt he goes to prison ..... Even if he does go murder in Chicago only gets ya four or five years
