I've watched a longer video that shows him walking down the middle of the street in front of a squad car, and then when the second one pulls up he turns to look at it and then turns away walking away. I feel really bad for you if you think every time a black male looks at you it's squaring up -- there are larger issues here.

I never said you were, I said if you were I'd feel bad. What I saw in the video was him turning to look at the car, not squaring up in any way. Doesn't really matter anyways, the cop is getting charged with 1st degree so it wasn't justified by any means.

None of the cops got out the car until the end. They were chasing the kid in the car. Bottom line is first shot kid was down. That police is responsible for every bullet that comes out his gun. 16 is way too much. I myself would not be afraid of a kid with a pocket knife. Hell even the way he was holding the knife would have made it easy to take, but that's another story.
It still comes back to first shot suspect was DOWN. We got 16 with an attempted reload
