Family Member Hook-Ups?

My adopted brother has lots of family members in Denver (we live in colorado). So me and my brother went to his cousins house, I'll call him D so you guys don't get confused. Any way my brother told D that I smoke, and when we get home my brother is telling me something like "My cousin D said he could give you the hookup. He said he will give my a half ounce for fifteen dollars, because I'm now technicaly related to my brother." Now what the problem is, my brother isn't very trust worthy. Plus he's not old enough to drive, which is another problem. It's kind of hard to believe a half ounce for fifteen dollars. So what do you guys at RIU think?

I dont think someone thats not even old enough to drive needs to be fucking with weed in the first place TBH.

I'm a pretty experienced smoker, so I know what good weed looks like. I think I'll just come to D's house with my brother and see if its shitty weed or mid-grade or quality bud (which i HIGHLY doubt.)
