Fan Leaf Trimming 2 Weeks Into Flower

Hey RIU! What is the general opinion of trimming fan leaves two weeks into flower in order to get more light to the lower bud sites? Thanks.

I wouldnt trim them, instead i would get more lights around the base of your plant. the plant uses the fan leaves later in flowering for nutrients that go into your bud production.
