Fan leaves dying

Hey guys, need a little help here. I am 4 weeks into bloom, DWC, and my fan leaves are dying. The ph is 6.3, res temp about 76 during the day and 60 at night. The ppm's are 470. Last time I did a res change (every week), I didn't add much nuts because I was having problems. Initially, I had a problem adding too much bushmaster, and these are clones from that batch. The strain is white widow and super silver haze. I'm thinking the new ph down is the wrong kind. It's for pools, called leisure time, spa down. It has sodium bisulfate as it's main ingrediant. The leaves are also curling down. My only nuts beside spray-in-grow is called Moondust.

Looks like you have nute lockout. Get rid of that stuff made for pools and use something that won't kill your girls.

I forgot to mention my lighting. I have a bunch of 90w LED lights. They cost about $200 each. Hope that's not the problem.

Well, SunlightSheds said to put them 2" from the plant. I usually put them around 3-5", both in veg and flower.

Correct me if I 'm wrong, but I see 2 things that stand out to me.

It looks like there is dark green and clawing. This tells me that there is too much N.
There is Interveinal Chlorosis on most of the leaves as well. The most common cause for this is mag deficiency.
What is causing this, I don't know.

Considering that I know nothing about any of the products that you use. The only thing that I can offer, is either the lucas formula or try the dyna grow lineup of nutes.

Also go the the hydro store and get proper PH up and down.

Good luck.

I know, that's why I need help. All the problems started when I used the bushmaster product. The label said to put in 1/2 to 1 1/2 tsp PER gallon and run for 3 days max. Since my system is 40g, I used the whole bottle, 2 oz, for 3 days. I don't know what else the PER GALLON would have meant except for the size of the res.

Thanks for the help guys. Anymore help would be great. I'll ditch the spa down PH stuff, and get the right one from the hydro store.

Per gallon means for every gallon of water IN YOUR RES not what it could POTENTIALY hold. Also if something reads "1 teaspoon per gallon" then I'd only do 1/2 a teaspoon. Just to ease the girls into it for one and to see if they react ok to it. I'd flush your system and then start all over with nutes but only after a good flush. Ive done soooo many bad things to mine but if you catch it in time it's always fixable. A bunch of my leaves look like crap but once the damage is done well it's done. New growth should look good tho if problem fixed. And never give what the bottle tells u too. Always start with half. U can always add but u can't very well take any out. Hope your girls get better soon :)

I agree with tenthirty... too much N, mag locked out along with other nutes for sure due to all the sodium in the comercial pool pH product.

There is hope. Just as everyone else has said; flush your system really well, buy some hydroponic grade pH adjuster, and be more careful with your nutes. Your ppms weren't high at the end, which is good. But by then, the damage was done with all the sodium in the pool product.

Good luck!
