I mean unless you are using a relatively weak light those plants are not big enough to effectively block bud sites. I tend to side with keeping healthy green leaves to promote sugar production in my plants. Can you possibly tuck them under the bud sites they are blocking, that is the best thing to do IMO

Two T5s and four 150 watts cfl all 6500k
How much total wattage with the T5's and CFL's together, i ask because some people confuse the actual wattage with the "equilevant" wattage. But if u are pushing some decent T5's I wouldn't take anything off now. Wait a while at least before you start pulling nice healthy leaves off.
Never grown autos but if you can get those 6500K bulbs down closer 3000K in flower. They like that part of the light spectrum much better when in flower.

That plant isn't big or bushy enough to be worrying about this. A 600W will penetrate a good foot or more into a plants foliage. Only take off leaves that are 50% or more dead. With auto's, you don't want to do anything that will cause the plant to go into repair mode, it takes away from growth, so don't cut leaves but tuck them back behind branches. Look into LST to maximize yield in autos. I have one auto right now that's 32" tall and just as wide, thick with foliage, under a 600 and I'm getting thick full buds all over, even in the interior bottom of the plant. Only the bottom 8" or so has fluffier buds, but still decent.
