Fan leaves yellowing....deficiency??

Hi everyone. This is my first grow and she just started her fifth week of flowering. 3 days ago I noticed a couple of the lowest fan leaves turning yellow, and now, it seems like leaves higher up are starting to yellow some as well. I've looked at pictures of deficiencies and think it might be a K deficiency. If it is a K deficiency, how do I correct it? Ever since the start of flower I've been giving it alternatively water and water/nutes. If any of you think it may be something else, please give me your opinions. I'm just concerned that I need to get it under control now. Thanks for any help.

I have only just started my first flower period, however ive done a lot of reading over the last few weeks.
I was under the impression it was natural later in the flower stage for leaves to yellow especially bigger leaves towards the bottom, basically as a sign of the plant sucking all the goodness and focusing it toward the bud's
HOWEVER I could be 100% wrong but I thought id give you some food for thought until someone with more knowledge can reply.
perhaps if you think its a deficiency then try and do a lower dose nutrient batch perhaps at around 1.2-1.4 EC and when you feed them water instead of nutrients alternate your PH's.
I know its basically a given to keep the PH at the set range but I sumbled across a chart for nutrient uptake and some nutrients take better at around 5 and 7 ph instead of 5.5-6.5...
Now obviously watering everyday at ph 5 or 7 is going to be harmful to some extent so one day water around 5.2 and the next H2O feed (few days later) (and after nutrient feeding inbetween) PH around 6.8.
Just some things to try before panicking next time, as you spotted the yellowing quite early it isn't going to die TODAY.
hopefully somebody with more knowledge can back me up or put you on the right track.

I'd take a gamble of phos deficiency but I'm taking a wild shot in the dark.

Lower fan leaves, red stems... some immobile nutrient problems perhaps. Stab in the dark tho.

Also, the tips of the leaves look yellow which I would guess is perhaps from clorine in your water if you don't let water sit for 24 hours or more?
and ALSO can you rule out nutrient burn on the leaves from splashing etc, as the yellowing is coming on ever so slight.

Could be just me, idk, but I also use full str nutes every watering, not every other watering. My girls only in week 3 flower too. No nute burns or anything with 10-52-10 and 0-15-35 at full str every watering. Maybe just hungry?

Thanks for all the information. I had considered that the leaves are yellowing because of the stage of life she is in, but I should still have 4-5 more weeks until harvest (a sheer guess as this plant is from a bagseed). I have been feeding at half strength because I didn't want to burn her, but she'll need her next watering tommorrow, so I'll bump up the mix to maybe 3/4 strength and keep working my way up. I have been using tap h2o and not letting the cl2 gas off, so I'll try leaving it out overnight before using. Once again, thank yall for the help. Here's a full body pick of my pretty girl!

Very nice plant. I still stick by she wants more food/phos/potassium tho but I'm also fairly new at growing also, so my advice should be taken with a grain of salt. I was using Tap h2o also without off-gassing. I stopped doing that as of last watering as I noticed she would stunt/droop right after and take a day before recovering. I have spring water now and she seems to love it.

Like I said, I'm using 10-52-10 plus 0-15-35 both at full str every watering. I water generally every 2 days or so depending on the plants need and feed everytime ... I'm also using Advanced nutrients boosters like Bud Candy, Nirvana, Bud ignitor and Overdrive plus Cal/mag.

You just have to feel your plant out, if its too much/little she will tell you.

beautiful looking plant!
the usual time for flowering is about 8 weeks, so realistically if its just a boring old plain seed then perhaps you only have a few weeks left?
I fill my buckets up with 9l of water before work and mix my nutes when I get home, gives about 12 hours to gas off which I think is fine as the chlorine only yellows the tips of the plant slightly and given the plants are illegal and I cant show my neighbourhood whats it matter if the tips grow a TINY bi yellow aslong as it isn't stunting growth.
Also...
did you only buy growth and bloom nutrients or did you get supplements too?
like fulvi acid solutions, silica solutions, and others that help prevent disease and increase plant strength and such.
I mean for my first grow I spent 200 dollars on nutrients because I figured if I was learning I needed all the added help I could get because lets face it us newbies make a lot of un-necessary errors.

it's normal at this stage

At the 4-5 week of flower, the yellowing of leaves is normal...the plant is using stored nutes from the leaves...a good thing! and part of the natural cycle and helps with a smoother smoke..........green ass leaves at harvest is fucked up...too much N! and a rougher smoke

Thanks guys, I knew it was natural for the lower leaves to turn yellow, but I thought that would happen closer to harvest. I guess I'll just trim them off and keep the status quo. Thank yall again.

I've said it many times before who gives a shit if some of your leaves are turning yellow in flowering. As long as the bud is ok don't worry about the leaves.

I had a plant that midway into flower had lost all its leaves, but grew great bud. Each plant is different. Don't panic over every imperfection. Leave your plants alone. They don't need you as much as you may think.
