fancy taking a look at my plants?

Dear all,

I started growing some plants just for fun to see if it works, I'm not taking things mega seriously but have them under lights for 12hrs a day, watering them when the soil is almost dry to the touch following instructions found on http://www.weedsthatplease.com/
The plants have germinated and have started growing, but after a couple of weeks are looking pretty skinny. I was just hoping someone could take a quick loook at the pics and tell me if anything is wrong? They seem pretty weedy (no pun intended).

what kind of light?
they should be under light at least 18 hrs - those could use 24 hours for a while
you need to move the air around in your grow area with a fan - vibrate those plants so the stem develops some strength
the gardening tools are a nice touch - took me a sec to figure out wtf i was looking at lol

Put your light closer it is stretching Alot!!!!!!

super stretched, you can bury them up to the first set of leaves. easy enough to do, wont take long and not very stressful.

lower the lights to avoid this issue in the future.

I would add a few more lights for sure and try and get someting reflective to put around them. I think an oscillating fan would help too.
