Fans on during lights off?

I leave fans on 24/7 . You will notice humidity rises in the dark most often.

I leave my circulation fan on 24/7
If you use a fan to cool your lamp, you could turn that off when you lamp goes off. Just monitor you temps & humidity to make sure it stays in a good range.
Some people modulate the fan speed based on the room temperature. I also leave my lamp fan on 24/7 because it is hooked up to my carbon filter, and I want to maintain negative pressure in my grow box.

Yup exactally, need them on at lights off just as much a lights on.

I reduce air circulation but do not eliminate it during lights off.

Yea 24/7 for sure is best...keep that air circulating, they still need fresh air night or day...also switching fans on after dark can create immense stench when expelled. They stink at night.
