Fans on when lights are off?

I have it setup so my lights are off during the day... Sometimes it gets reallllly hot up there. So I was wondering, should I be leaving my fans on (2 osc, 1 box) full blast?

leave your exhaust fan on don't have one blowing on your plants when lights are off.

I do, but that's not enough. The room is upstairs and the air outside the grow room is even hotter. So, I can't really get rid of any heat until night comes. What would be wrong with leave the fans on?

im lost when your exhaust fan is on you are pulling air in from outside also. buy exhausting the heat out and nothing comeing in then youshould have no problem with heat.:hump:

I have passive holes through out the room, so a little heat is always getting in. The heat is a problem that I can't fix right now and that's why I wanted to know if leaving the fans, while lights are off, would help alleviate some of the plants stress.

well by haveing a fan in there just blowing the heat around will not help. try stoping the heat comeing in the room first .

Ok, i turned the fans off, but the only way I could fix the heat problem is by completely sealing the room off, and that pretty much stop any fresh air from getting in

get an AIR-CON unit man, i have one for the summer anyway, it will cool the whole house, u can also use it as a dehumidifier

get your self a intake fan that comes on with your lights. put a flopper on the fan so when it goes off the flopper falls and sels any air, heat, and light from comeing in.:hump:

hey man, i didn't know you weren't suppose to have fans off when lights are off. i've been running all my oscillating fans 24/7. what's the benefit to turning them off? i thought there was never such a thing as too much air movement. thanks for the clarification!:joint:

they just tend to really drop more.
