Fans on

I’m wondering at what point do you turn on circulation fans. Just your normal circulation fans not linked to a filter. Other than making the stems stronger and fighting mold what other purpose do they have. Keeping bugs away?

Once my grow starts they have a constant little breeze. It can keeps some bugs at bay but it's to help like you said stems and mold etc

Isn't that enough? LOL Fans do all this, & knock down fungus gnats to an extent too, leave it on for best results! Clip fan should be aimed between tops of plants and lights, I also keep a 9" high velocity fan always on floor too (the clip fan shuts off during dark period) good luck!

Personally I have two clip fans going in my closet and they stay on 24/7 my exhaust fan is on a timer with my lights. Just make sure your plants are getting a gentle breeze you don’t want them blowing over or anything but I like my girls to dance for me lol

Wind dosent make thicker stems, i think thats been covered before.

Most dont need fans if extraction is good, grow tent not wind tunnel :-)
