Wutz up ppl. I was just wondering if it's alright to keep a fan constanly blowing on the plants. The fan is 6inches and it's blowing on 7 plants. 5 r from seed and 2 r clones. They seem to be doing way better than before. I can't wait!! Well hit me up with suggestions. Laterz

Definately run the fan as much as you want. Just be careful when they're real young, maybe tie them to a post. The fan will only make their stems stronger and also simulates wind in nature.

i just started with a fan a few days ago but i feel that it takes me temp way down too low when my lights go off. im on an 18/6 light .but it sure as hell helped my plants become stronger. a lot depends on where ur growing, my buddys oscillating fan burned out and all he was using was a 6" clip on fan. it didnt move the air enuff in his grow tent and he blames this for leaf mould.

Ikeep my fan and lights on 18/6 and it lowers my temp too but my temp stays at 90f and the hottest is 94. I can't lower the damn temp. I even have a bowl of water n my veg room and my huminity stays at 45% sometimes 50%. And my fan doesn't oscilate

Fans should be on 24/7, not only to strengthen stems, but also to help deter pests, fungus/mold etc. More airflow = less problems.
