farm house genetics cupcake

hey whats up guys i just made an order on neptune seed bank and i recieved my cupcake 2.0 from farm house genetics very quickly. i through them in a cup of water for 12 hours then onto the paper towel in a bag over a heat mat at 82 degress F. after 6 days they have still not sprouted or cracked! i was amazed because i thought farmhouse genetics was a good breeder, so i contacted neptune seed bank which i thought was reputable and kind told them the situation and if i could get a replacement. i also told them i have no problem taking a picture or sending the seed back. After 2 emails with no response! I finally got a response and you know what it said???

pretty sad. i never heard of a seed bank blaming the breeder for selling me old stock. so now iv come to rollitup to see if this is normal? i thought from reading reviews that they had good customer service but obvoiusly i was wrong. i still wish to fix this problem, its only a 10 pack like come on, they'd rather have a disappointed customer and save a ten pack than to just send me out a replacement. IT MAKES NO SENSE IN A BUSINESS STAND POINT. i will update this if they fix the problem, i hope they do. but so far they ignored me for 3 days and then told me they gotta talk to the breeder.

i just wanted to update everyone. they talked to the breeder and the breeder which is farm house genetics said they would replace it. so they allowed me to choose anything out there stock that they had left. no more cupcake. which sucked but they are hooking it up with 3 freebies as well and i got some dark triangle in place of the cupcake so i gotta say i was very impressed. neptuneseedbank is the shiznit
