Fast/Slow/Average?

Hey guys ->
My first ever grow.. and really i just wanted some feedback, i feel that my babies are growing a little slow but this is my first grow i have no idea what speed they are growin at.
well, i germ'd them and since i saw them come through the soil its been about 12 days.

I'm using 4 20w cfl's at the moment, i know i need more and i will get more but for now thats all i got.

take a look at the pic's and tell me what you think.(im gonna try get photo's asap. Dunno why I can't upload them.)They are about 2 inches now.
Please don't reply with links to threads or anything i just wonna know if they are growing nice and healthy for their age.
If they are going slow, why might this be?

cummon guys... someones gotta know why its going so slow... i can notice hardly any growth daily

yeh man srry about no1 replying it happens to me loads,
the reason ur plants arent growing is purely coz of a lack of light... the same happened to me i had 2 60w fluorescents and i hardly noticed any growth, then i bought a 600watt hps and FUCK ME do they grow!!! obviously u dont need such a powerful light but do get some more lighting in there!!!

at first plants that are started from seeds will grow slowly but once they get older they grow faster.

How many seedlings do you have under thoes 4 20w CFLs?
Are they under daylght/6,5ooK or 2,7ooK/Soft White?
How big are the pots?

The Lumes of the lights don't add up but some thing does but I'm not sure , think it might be the lux that add up. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
